yeaps.. the title says it all..

Tabby.. it's the name of my dear's Savvy got his first wash today.... it was the joint coorperation of me and my baby Bex... I did the easy part which is rinsing and wiping it dry and he did the waxing of the body as well and the polishing and cleaning of the rims...  

it was a tiring job indeed... but we had fun doing it

woohoo.. working today (supposed to be my off day... switched my off day with Erlinda for this week) and not working on Sunday

sigh... too bad it is just for this week

wow... since the petrol hike from RM1.91 to RM2.69 per litre now.. many rumours or facts have been spreaded like crazy around the country..

the price hike is ridiculous.... I better not mention anything sensitive here and I pity those high CC car owners... and... at least the government is giving us rebates.. even though it is only once.....

RM625 per year
For private vehicle with engine capacity of 2000cc and below, including private pickup trucks and jeeps with engine capacity of 2500cc and below.

RM150 per year
For each private motorcycle with engine capacity of 250cc and below

RM200 reduction on road tax
For private petrol and diesel vehicles with engine capacity above 2000cc

RM50 reduction on road tax
For private motorcycles with engine capacity above 250cc

now back to the stuff that  I heard since the petrol hike... already heard like four different ones in just two days

the first one - price of petrol will increase AGAIN in August or September 2008.... what the fuck??
 
this is the most ridiculous - price of petrol will increase AGAIN by tomorrow (heard it on Monday.. so if it is true the price should be increased yesterday.... but nope it didn't...) I can imagine the people's reaction if it really happens... didn't the goverment just increased the price not too long ago? ..... this is a rumour

what I heard from the students - petrol stations will not be accepting credit card after 7pm.... this turned out to be true

the one which caused panic, a huge jam and accident in Sabah - all petrol stations will go on strike starting 26th June 2008 for three to eight days.... ( this is just proven that it is a rumour..... mum messaged me this morning and confirmed it ) even I panicked because not too long ago while driving to my baby's house... we saw a long line at the petrol station... When we see more and more people filling up at petrol station... we tend to tthink that way.. either there will be another petrol hike or something bad is going to happen....I know I do...

the rumour started in Sabah.. but we Sarawakians know about it too...

no idea who started all of this dumb stuff could be the petrol stations themselves to get more profit since government refuse to increase their sales profit margin I could be wrong but... hey.. there are some who benefited from this chaos.. like

Petrol kiosks onwers in Sabah (with such rumours, they can earn a huge profit in just a day,

Mobile Service Telco - Digi/Maxis/Celcom (they can laugh for the whole day today cause of the people forwarding all of this messages or calling each other high and low...)

kinda think of it... maybe it is a joint corporation between the Telco as well as the petrol stations

Petrol Station: damn it... my sales are low since the hike

Telco: awwww... I know, let's start this rumour... saying that all of you guys are gonna go on strike for a few days.. and I'll send it to my clients..

Petrol Station: hmmm... great idea..  that way...

Telco and Petrol Station: both of us will gain something *evil laugh*

if next time anyone wanna start a rumour... call me, maybe we can work something out like what the petrol stations and the Telco did

and according to the advert... it is built tougher.... and also it is based on German technology.. mind you .... it's a compact car and even though it is a Proton which many will underestimate..... it doesn't feel like a Proton car at all...

just got back from work a few hours ago... and I AM tired.. but what the heck.. I have to update my blog and make it alive again so here is my update today of one of my favourite bands of all time..

The origin of the band's name is obscure. Band members have given various esponses on this point, including a liking for the movie "A Simple Plan" that the band was their simple plan to avoid getting a "real" job; and that the name was only intended to be temporary, but they never thought of anything better, and with shows coming up for the new band, they needed a name.

yeaps... the title says it all... SIMPLE PLAN... love them love them... *and I especially love their songs in bold* *if you guys have not heard thieir songs... go listen... the lyrics... they can relate to us all *

I am like so pissed right now.... thanks to a fat bitch in my office who just quitted... I am taking over some of her classes... and now my off day is changed to Thursdays from Sundays

Sunday... the only day I see my grandmother, spend time with my family, go to church, and of course spend time with my beloved Bex..

but what the hell.. hopefully new teachers will come soon.... so my off day will be changed back to Sundays.... I hope

wow.... half a year has passed and my blog is like half-dead already...

sorry blog.... been busy.. but now here I am updating ya time sure past by fast.... it just seems like new year's day yesterday and now... its already coming to middle of 2008

nothing much has happened to me... except that now I'm an english instructor at one of the local language centre..... started in March..

was nervous for the first few weeks... but then I got used to it after a month... and I'm getting to know some of the students... told the students to just treat me as a friend and not as a teacher teacher... besides I'm still very young

the salary... pretty good.. the company took my Swinburne Foundation in Business Certificate and I just got confirmed so the salary is even better

my experience so far with and in this company has been pretty fruitful... I am more confident, outspoken, out going and I met many great friends whom I can consider as my best friends like Jo, Sharolyn and  the students are terrific too.. guess I can mingle with them well cause of my age...  and guess what ??  I even met my old primary schoolmate.. haven't seen him for like seven long years... and my... he looks damn different from the last time I saw him .... maybe getting out of Lodge really helped
